Ronald S. Markham is a teacher, trainer, success coach, mentor and friend to many across the United States. Throughout his 36 year corporate career, serving people and equipping them for greater success has always been his focus and passion. This passion was evident in every position he held in Human Resources, Training and Development, Turnover Management, Customer Care, Sales Promotion, Sales and Sales Management. His love for people and his ability to win their loyalty have distinguished him as an effective leader who has inspired and equipped countless others to reach their full potential.
Mr. Markham, an Executive and Organizational Success Coach, formed Corporate Training & Development to serve as his vehicle to reach and serve a greater segment of the world. His personal mission is "to leave everyone and everything he touches in this life better than they were before he touched them." This mission is the driving force behind every personal and professional interaction, every relationship, every program created and facilitated, and every Client-Friend served. His persona and message are his gifts; these gifts were given to him to be shared with the world. Outside of business, Mr. Markham has personally mentored over 1,300 people of all ages and from all walks of life.
Mr. Markham inspires young people and elders to strive for excellence. His passion to equip others to reach their full potential is evident in every program he facilitates - professional growth and development programs for Client-Friend organizations; programs equipping churches and nonprofits to change the world; programs for public school students, teachers, and administrators to inspire educational excellence; and programs for correctional facility inmates teaching life skills and good citizenship. In every case, his expertise, passion, commitment and love for people set him apart from all others. His work has been described as "The Ron Markham Experience." Mr. Markham is the recipient of the Dale Carnegie Training organization's Highest Achievement Award.
